The staff at Berolina Haus were helpful and accommodating. They were great too make sure my stay was pleasant. I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to check in and even printed my boarding passes for me. They were always available to assist with any requests I had. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with cafes and supermarkets nearby. I had a positive experience at Berolina Haus and would recommend it to others.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was very convenient as it is right in front of the train station, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with well-heated radiators, and the personal bathroom was a definite plus. I appreciated the value for money, the attention to detail, and the basic amenities provided.

There were some drawbacks to consider. The rooms were on the smaller side and could use some maintenance.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the natural bed linen was a pleasant surprise. The bed itself was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, with close proximity to the S-bahn and just a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. The area was calm, yet there were shops and cafes nearby. The hotel facilities, including the kettle and complimentary water and coffee in the room, were great.
